Analytics That Sparkle
Drop in your CSV, map your fields, get instant burndowns, forecasts, and analytics. No fuss. No tracking. Just insights.
Why This Exists
Built-in reports from most project management tools are fine for basic tracking. But when you need actual forecasting—velocity trends, Monte Carlo simulations, proper burndowns—you're often pointed toward enterprise plugins that require budget approval and procurement processes.
Sometimes you just need answers now, not next quarter.
This tool fills that gap. Export your CSV, map your fields, and get the insights without the overhead.
Your Data Stays Yours
We don't store your uploads. Ever. When you upload a CSV, it lives in memory for your session only. Your session expires after one hour of inactivity—meaning if you don't interact with the app for an hour, your session ends and your data is immediately deleted.
As an extra safeguard, we run an hourly cleanup job that clears data from unused sessions, ensuring nothing lingers on our servers.
Our servers are located in Germany, giving you the added benefit of strong European data privacy standards and GDPR compliance.
This approach means you can analyze your team's data without worrying about where it's stored or who has access. It's your data—use it, learn from it, and move on.
My Motivation as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Developer
I was never a fan of metrics or KPIs. Those numbers felt terrifying—they made me vulnerable. Gathering that information was expensive and time-consuming. It didn't feel right to constantly ask my team about their progress or velocity.
With Sparqly, this is no longer the case. Just upload your data, and it uses your ticket age and other information to create burndowns, forecasts, and other insightful analytics. Even if you're a fan of story points, you can explore them in the Sprint section—but that's not the most interesting part.
Go look around. Get a better understanding of what's happening. Use the information to improve yourself, your team, and your product.

What Sparqly Is Not
Let's be clear about what this tool won't do
Sparqly won't fix your product or improve your outcomes. It's just a small building block—one piece of the puzzle to help you understand your running system better.
What it can do is help you raise well-grounded questions based on actual data. Questions that lead to better conversations and smarter decisions.
And let's be absolutely clear: This is not a tool for management to monitor, pressure, or torture the people doing their best work every single day. If that's what you're looking for, this isn't it. Sparqly exists to illuminate, not intimidate.
